Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $34.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received within 24 hours prior to your stay with us. We realize that plans may change and you may not need our services as planned. We book up quickly, so we’re happy to reserve your spot for you at any time. We appreciate any bookings in advance, but especially around holidays. If your plans change, please call to cancel as soon as possible, as there is a waiting list of pets that want to come and visit us.
